When a brand lives on wheels, the identity has to move just as confidently as the business itself. The hero of this project was a custom logo system designed to live everywhere, from social media profiles to the full exterior wrap of the mobile barbershop.
The mark had to feel sharp, modern, and unmistakably barber-focused, while still being bold enough to command attention on the road.
This wasn’t just about designing a logo. It was about creating a mobile billboard that builds brand recognition every time it hits the road.

The Challenge
Designing for a mobile barbershop presents unique challenges:
The brand needs to stand out in motion
The logo must scale seamlessly from small digital icons to large vehicle graphics
It has to feel professional and trustworthy, not novelty
It must resonate with a diverse clientele across different neighborhoods
Unlike a traditional storefront, Curbside Cutz doesn’t rely on foot traffic. The vehicle itself is the storefront, the signage, and the first impression. The identity had to work just as hard as the barber inside.
The Strategy
The approach focused on three core principles:
Clarity
A strong, legible mark that reads instantly, even from a distance or at a stoplight.
Authority
Visual elements that communicate professionalism, precision, and skill, core qualities clients look for in a barber.
Mobility
A design bold enough to function as moving signage without losing integrity across platforms.
Every design decision, from typography to layout balance, was made with real-world application in mind. The logo needed to perform on social media, merchandise, marketing materials, and most importantly, the exterior of the mobile unit.

The brand identity package included:
A primary logo used across all platforms

Exterior-ready artwork optimized for large-scale application
