TEXPO Event Branding & Experiential Activation

For TEXPO 2025 in San Antonio, Texas, a prominent banking institution partnered with Let’s Work to design and execute a fully branded conference activation that aligned seamlessly with the event’s theme, “Treasury Island – Exploring Financial Horizons in San Antonio’s Hill Country.”
The goal was to create a memorable, immersive brand experience that felt engaging, cohesive, and elevated, while reinforcing the institution’s presence within the treasury and financial services space., at a conference that gathered more than 1,000 finance and treasury professionals.

The Challenge
Conference activations in the financial industry must strike a careful balance between:
Professionalism and credibility
Creativity and engagement
Brand consistency across multiple touchpoints
This activation required a visually compelling environment that could live comfortably within a luxury hotel setting, attract attendees organically, and encourage interaction, all while staying aligned with the conference theme and corporate brand standards.
The Strategy
We approached this activation as a fully immersive brand environment, not a collection of individual signs.
Every asset was designed to support the Treasury Island concept, creating a cohesive visual story that guided attendees through the experience while reinforcing brand recognition at every step. This included pirate and treasure references throughout the event.
The Work
Event Branding & Logo Design
We designed a custom event logo in three distinct variations to allow flexibility across signage, menus, and large-format applications. Each version aligned with the island-inspired theme while remaining polished and appropriate for a financial institution.

Environmental Signage & Wayfinding
We designed and produced a suite of large-format and tabletop signage to guide attendees through the activation experience, including:
Welcome Sign – retractable banner
Registration Sign – retractable banner
Photo Booth Sign – retractable banner
Money Machine Signage – retractable banner
Foamboard tabletop instruction signage for the donation activation
These assets ensured clarity, flow, and consistent branding throughout the space.

Food & Beverage Menu Design
To support the hospitality experience, we designed:
Acrylic bar menus
Acrylic dinner menus
Appetizer signage for tray-passed hors d’oeuvres
The use of acrylic elevated the presentation while aligning with the polished, modern aesthetic of the brand and venue.
Custom Treasure Chests & Donation Activation
We designed 3D-modeled custom treasure chests complete with 3D gold bricks, serving dual purposes:
Decorative focal points reinforcing the Treasury Island theme
Functional “piggy banks” for charitable donations
This interactive element encouraged attendee participation while tying financial symbolism to community impact.

Photo Experience Design
We created four green screen photo backgrounds, allowing attendees to engage with the activation through a branded photo experience that extended reach beyond the event itself.

Money Machine Branding
To complete the experience, we designed company-themed “money” for use in the Money Machine activation, ensuring even interactive elements remained fully on-brand and cohesive.

Production, Logistics & Delivery
All assets were:
Designed, produced, and quality-checked
Packaged and delivered directly to the host hotel
Prepared for seamless on-site installation
This turnkey approach allowed the client to focus on engagement while we handled execution.
