Conference Event Social Media Management & Paid Advertising

When One Spark HQ prepared to launch the inaugural Texas School Psychologists Wellness Retreat, the goal was to create a strong digital presence that would build awareness, drive registrations, and communicate the retreat’s purpose clearly across multiple platforms.


Let’s Work partnered with One Spark HQ to execute a comprehensive social media management strategy designed to reach education professionals, establish credibility, and generate momentum leading up to the conference.



The Challenge


Promoting a professional wellness retreat requires a careful balance of:

  • Authority and credibility

  • Warmth and emotional connection

  • Clear, consistent messaging across platforms


Additionally, the retreat needed to stand out in busy social feeds while reaching school psychologists and education professionals across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.


The Strategy: Platform-Specific, Goal-Driven Social Media


We developed a multi-platform social media strategy built around clarity, consistency, and conversion.


Each platform served a specific role:

  • Instagram for visual storytelling, short-form video, and engagement

  • Facebook for community reach, event awareness, and ad amplification

  • LinkedIn for professional credibility and targeted outreach to education professionals


Social Media Account Setup & Platform Launch


Let’s Work created and launched the official Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts for the Texas School Psychologists Wellness Retreat. Prior to this project, the event did not have an existing social media presence, so we built each platform from the ground up.


This included:

  • Account creation and optimization

  • Brand-aligned profile imagery and bios

  • Platform-specific setup to support both organic content and paid advertising


Starting from zero allowed us to establish a clean, cohesive foundation across all platforms.


Facebook Event Creation & Strategic Event Invites


To support event awareness and attendance, we created and managed an official Facebook Event for the conference.


We then strategically leveraged the owner’s professional network to:

  • Invite relevant contacts directly to the event

  • Expand organic reach through peer-to-peer visibility

  • Build early momentum and social proof


This approach helped seed the event with a highly relevant audience while increasing visibility beyond paid efforts.


Static Social Media Content


We developed and published static social media posts designed to communicate:

  • Wellness-focused messaging tailored to school psychologists

These posts supported ongoing awareness while reinforcing credibility and clarity.


Short-Form Video (Reels) Strategy


We created and managed short-form video content optimized for engagement and reach.

The Reels strategy focused on:

  • Visually calming, wellness-forward content

  • Messaging designed for quick consumption

  • Consistent branding and tone

  • Content optimized for organic discovery


Short-form video played a key role in expanding reach and building emotional connection with the audience.


Sponsored Social Media Advertising


We executed sponsored ad campaigns across Instagram and Facebook to increase reach and event awareness.


This included:

  • Audience targeting aligned with education and psychology professionals

  • Platform-optimized creative

  • Clear calls-to-action supporting the Facebook Event and overall visibility


Paid advertising ensured the retreat reached the right audience at scale.


The Result


The Texas School Psychologists Wellness Retreat launched with a fully built, professional social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, created entirely from the ground up.


Through strategic account setup, consistent content execution, targeted paid advertising, and the creation of a Facebook Event leveraged through the owner’s professional network, the retreat achieved:
